BCCJ is hiring a new Executive Director [Learn More]
Thanks to all of you, BCCJ has developed great strength even in these challenging times. LeadBoston has enrolled its largest class to date and together with our InIt youth, we recently hosted our most well attended Business Network Breakfast. Even in this down economy, BCCJ’s work is as relevant as ever.
With this momentum, BCCJ is poised for broader impact. We need your support.
Will you help launch BCCJ into our next chapter?
As you may know, after three years as Executive Director, Todd Fry has decided to stay on at BCCJ, returning to his passion of leading our programs. The Board is now identifying a new Executive Director who can focus on fundraising, strategy, and Board and organizational development. I hope you will join me in thanking Todd for the strength he has brought to BCCJ. Let’s build on that commitment to the long-term strength of this organization!
We are turning to you for help in building BCCJ’s capacity. We earn almost half of our operating budget from tuitions and fees. But we need your help to fill the gap and achieve the greatest impact.
We need to raise $140,000 by January and several generous alumni have already offered to match the first $50,000 given in response to this appeal. Can you respond to their challenge to match your giving?
Please help by sending your most generous gift. All contributions – small and large – do add up!
Join our vision…If you see the need for Greater Boston to have a deeper, more diverse network of socially responsible leaders, then now is the time to invest in BCCJ.
Thank you for your contributions to our community. Wishing you and yours all the very best for the upcoming holiday season.
Most sincerely,

Maureen Alphonse-Charles (LeadBoston'97), BCCJ Board Chair
