InIt (The Leadership Initiative), our flagship youth program, develops youth leaders who will work to advance social justice in their schools and communities.The InIt in program takes place every summer and this year we have embarked on an ambitious series of programs with alumni of InIt. In 2008, we will run two sessions of InIt. July 20th - July 26th and August 17th - August 23rd.

LeadBoston, our flagship adult program, strengthens the leadership of mid to senior-level professionals who wish to advance social justice in our region. Participants explore our social fabric, social policy, and dynamics of prejudice, power, and inclusion. LeadBoston opens with an overnight retreat in September, and continues through June with one program day a month.
